Internal monitoring: every single pallet
We were the first euro pallet manufacturer to use fully automatic contour measurement. Continuous automatic checks throughout the production process underwrite the guarantee: WORLD pallets are machine-handling capable, conveyor-compatible and suitable for high-bay racking (MFH). Anything outside tolerance never leaves the line.
Independent external monitoring
Production of WORLD pallets is subject to strict, neutral quality control by TÜV Thüringen. Samples from ongoing production are tested regularly against quality standard Type 1. Design, quality and stability of the WORLD euro pallet are additionally type-examined by TÜV Rheinland.
Certified quality management
The production process and distribution of WORLD euro pallets are certified to ISO 9001 by ESC Cert GmbH under number 36419/01-14, with regular surveillance audits.
The pallet as work equipment
The pallet is identifiable as technical work equipment under BGR 234 and the German Product Safety Act, meeting the employers’ liability insurance requirements for reusability.
